01Full Replacement Warranty
All Netify subscriptions come with a 100% replacement warranty for the entire duration of the plan. If you encounter any issues, simply notify our support team on WhatsApp, and we will provide a fresh replacement typically within 12-24 hours.
02Pro-Rata Refund Guarantee
In the rare event that we are unable to provide a replacement within 72 hours, we offer a pro-rata refund. This means we refund the amount for the remaining unused period of your subscription directly to your original payment source.
03Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued for technical failures or service interruptions. Refunds are not applicable for changes in customer preference after activation or if the account was terminated due to a violation of the service provider's rules (e.g., password sharing beyond plan limits).
